We want to make sure that your experience with Nebo is the best—from start to finish. We're here to answer any questions you might have and to help you work through any issues that come up.
First, you must write an email to tech support at support@nebo.live with a request to deactivate the sensor and receive a confirmation by mail that the sensor can be reactivated.
You need to reset the sensor. In the setup menu, click at least 7 times on the sensor image while viewing the sensor - this will open the reactivation screen (like a first time wizard)
Yes. We can also help with your multi-monitor project—with dashboards, maps, data management and visualisation, training, support, and more.
No. The sensor can work without the app and display all information on the screen. But the Nebo.live app gives you the ability to connect your device to a single network and customize the information displayed on the screen. Nebo.live also uses your device's location services to add geolocation information to your readings. The Nebo.live app is compatible with devices running iOS 10 and above (iPhone 4s and above, 5th generation iPod and above, 3rd generation iPad and above) and Android 5.0 and above (with internet and BLE support).
To connect to Wi-Fi using the Nebo.live app, tap the menu icon in the top first corner of the Home screen. Select "Connect to NeboAir" and follow the on-screen instructions. You can find a detailed setup process here.
NeboAir applies deep machine learning based on historical data from your location and the weather forecast. The longer your NeboAir collects data, the more accurate the air pollution forecast in your area becomes.
Air quality measurements, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure and weather forecast for the day.
Yes. NeboAir is weatherproof and operates in low temperatures down to -40°C (-104°F)
Yes we do, please contact us at team@nebo.live with a description of your project.
NeboAir covers up to 1,076 square feet (100 m2). There may be too many local outgrowths in a city, which is why data from such an area is considered relevant.
Yes. NeboAir will continue to monitor your exposure to air pollution even when it is not connected to your device. You can also use the LED display, which you can view in real time.
This can happen for several reasons:
Air quality can vary widely even within a few miles/km.
Government stations usually update information within a few hours or 24 hours.
By the time the data is published, some government data may be several hours out of date. The advantage of NeboAir is that it shows data in real time
The government station does not actually report PM2.5.
NeboAir reads particles from 0.3 microns (µm) to 10 microns (µm).
